"Windows protected your PC"?
The launcher isn't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen warns about it until enough people have run it. Click More info → Run anyway. Each release lists the installer's SHA-256 hash, so you can check you have the genuine file with Get-FileHash <file> in PowerShell.
